How long does shipping take?

Products that are 'Made in USA' and 'Ships from USA' will arrive in 5-10 business days.

Products that are shipped from overseas will take 5-15 business days.

Please also take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are not able to control on our end and there are also some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

Do you ship outside US?

We have partnered with Stackry, a global logistics specialist, to ship our products to international customers, who are interested in US products.
 
Stackry is in tax-free New Hampshire and has been a trusted package forwarder for over 10 years.
How it works:

Sign-up for a Stackry account from the 'Product Page' or 'Add to Cart' page or from Stackry's web page.

You will get a Locker No. and your own personal US Shipping address for free.

We will ship your purchases to your Stackry USA address. 
Once your package arrives at your personal Stackry locker, you’ll get notified with a picture of your package, so you know where it is, every step of the way.

Stackry ships the package to the international customer's address. 

Receive the purchases at home.

You can save up to 80% on international shipping when you opt for consolidation services.

When can I get the Tracking Number?

Tracking Number is generated within 24-72 hours. If you don't receive tracking number within 7 business days, kindly send us an email. 

How can I track my product shipment?

We will send you an email regarding the shipment tracking 3-7 days after the purchase.
